Game Rules - MelodyMind
Overview
Welcome to MelodyMind! Your goal is to answer questions about songs, artists, and albums from various music genres. Choose a genre and put your knowledge to the test. The more questions you answer correctly, the more points you'll earn.
Difficulty Levels
There are three difficulty levels you can choose from:
- Easy: 10 questions per round. Perfect for refreshing your knowledge and having fun.
- Medium: 15 questions per round. A challenge for advanced music lovers.
- Hard: 20 questions per round. Only for true music experts!
Each difficulty level has its own title that you can unlock:
- Music Novice: Answered all questions correctly in easy mode.
- Music Master: Answered all questions correctly in medium mode.
- Music Legend: Answered all questions correctly in hard mode.
Points System
- 50 points for each correct answer.
- No points for wrong answers.
Golden Records
When answering all questions in a category correctly, you'll receive a golden record:
- Easy: Music Novice.
- Medium: Music Master.
- Hard: Music Legend.
Rankings
The ranking system compares you with other players. Placement in the top 10 is based on your collected points across all categories.
- Genre-specific ranking: Best players of a genre.
- Overall ranking: Best players across all categories.
Tips & Tricks
- Start in easy mode to get a feel for the game.
- Choose your strengths and play the genres you're confident in.
- Practice regularly to improve your score.
- Accuracy over speed – read each question carefully.
