Code, Chaos & Coffee

Code, Chaos & Coffee takes place at Infinite Loop Solutions, a software company sustained by exhausted employees, undocumented systems, emergency coffee, and temporary fixes that have long outlived their authors. The series turns ordinary IT failures into a connected rock and metal comedy.

Each album moves to a different part of the company. System administrators guard forgotten servers in the basement. SRE engineers answer production alerts after midnight. Helpdesk workers face tickets that contradict themselves, while developers, testers, and Scrum Masters negotiate releases, shifting priorities, and meetings arranged to explain other meetings. Ransomware, cloud migrations, compliance audits, and unsafe production access supply the larger disasters.

The jokes depend on recognizable technical details rather than a generic office setting. A cold coffee, an inherited password, or an unexplained service can become the center of a song. Recurring employees and unresolved systems link the albums, allowing one department’s shortcut to become another department’s emergency.

Hard rock and heavy metal provide the series’ base, with punk, industrial, gothic, and progressive elements assigned to different teams and crises. Beneath the parody is a clear sympathy for the people doing the maintenance. Management creates much of the chaos; the workers who receive the urgent ticket are the ones left to restore order.
